1. Identify page under `/our-solutions/`, `/our-platform/`, `/who-we-help/`, or `/research-programs/`
2. `cms-edit open` + `snapshot`; clone from reference if net-new
3. Update hero, feature blocks, and icon card collections
4. For auto-hydrated **Related articles**: edit headings/links only
5. `preview urls` → `diff` → `save` → `task-publish-handoff`
