- Obtain legal-approved copy before substantive edits

## Steps

1. Open `/privacy/` or `/terms-and-conditions/` page entry
2. Edit **Legal rich text** body via `task-edit-rich-text` or `rtf`
3. For global terminology: `task-bulk-find-replace` with legal re-review
4. `preview urls` on staging → `diff` → `save` → legal approval → `task-publish-handoff`
